The Council will serve as a Statewide database of response assets available to respond as requested to man-made and natural disasters thru mutual aid. Equipment (mission ready packages), personnel trained, certified and a single contact number with immediate group page. The Council will provide education/training to its Public Works response teams bi-annually (Feb and June in conjunction with the TX-APWA Public Workshop and the TX-APWA Annual Conference). The Council will facilitate/organize the set up of additional regional response teams throughout the State Mission
